Creators on SENIIKU Marketplace platform reserve the right to provide their own returns and refund policy.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Applicable only for non-digital product purchase -
If a purchaser (collector/buyer) receives the artwork they’ve purchased and isn’t completely satisfied, one can message the creator/seller directly from the creator/seller profile page, to make the creator/seller aware of the intention to return the work for a refund

Should the purchaser happen to notify SENIIKU in writing, SENIIKU admin will then assist to inform the creator/seller about this. Once there is a consent from the creator/seller for the return, the collector/buyer in most cases, they’re required to repackage the work and make arrangements to have it sent back to the creator/seller.

Notes on refund:

  • Refund is on case-by-case basis.
  • In the event refund is granted there is no reimbursement on the outgoing or return shipping charges.
  • We also require that the artwork is sent back in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received, to be eligible for refund
  • In the event the the original payment for the transaction is yet to be paid out to the seller/creator and still within SENIIKU payment account, SENIIKU will process the refund (on behalf of the seller). And this eligible refund will be levied SGD15 or equivalent refund fee. If the purchase amount is less then SGD15 or equivalent, there will be no refund.

 

RETURNS COSTS

Applicable only for non-digital product purchase - 
SENIIKU
examines all return matter on an individual basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying any shipping and customs costs required to deliver the artwork back to the artist.

  • Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.
  • If the artist (creator seller) provided insufficient/inaccurate information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, we may hold the artist responsible for the return costs.
