Important Notes

Creators on SENIIKU Marketplace platform reserve the right to provide their own returns and refund policy.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Applicable only for non-digital product purchase -
If a purchaser (collector/buyer) receives the artwork they’ve purchased and isn’t completely satisfied, one can message the creator/seller directly from the creator/seller profile page, to make the creator/seller aware of the intention to return the work for a refund

Should the purchaser happen to notify SENIIKU in writing, SENIIKU admin will then assist to inform the creator/seller about this. Once there is a consent from the creator/seller for the return, the collector/buyer in most cases, they’re required to repackage the work and make arrangements to have it sent back to the creator/seller.

RETURNS COSTS

Applicable only for non-digital product purchase - 
SENIIKU
examines all return matter on an individual basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying any shipping and customs costs required to deliver the artwork back to the artist.
